How I lost over 18kg of fat, after 3 kids and suffering years of mockery, trial and error using this NAFDAC approved fatloss therapy – Nigerian Mum confesses!

This is a sponsored post... Two Years ago my mum died of cancer of the breast, and it came as a shock to everyone. Our family doctor who managed her told me in privacy that her cancer was as a result of being overweight, and advised me to quickly help myself. Research has been able to only link Obesity to breast Cancer because cancer cells easily grow alongside fat cells. And the rate of breast cancer in Nigeria has increased drastically over the years as we here cases of cancer death almost weekly. My Mum was truly overweight and it’s in the gene of which I also took from her. She was weighing over 135kg and I was weighing about 105kg as at then. It wasn’t the best times of my life! Being overweight deprived me of a lot of things in the past. I found it difficult to find a partner as I was looking much older than my actual age and most Men don’t want someone that will be looking bigger than them after childbirth My favorite dresses couldn’t fit again and I had belly fat sticking out anytime I attempted to put on a fitted gown. This made me severally avoid public gatherings, taking picture and making friends. My Colleagues at work which I worked as a Department head were always mocking my big size with names like, Mama the Mama, fatty bombom, Madam etc. Yet I was just 28 years old! What about my health? I could hardly climb my office stairs without breathing hard, if I trek small I will be panting for air, I couldn’t run, I was fat and UGLY! Like I said, my Doctor advised me to watch my weight or stand the risk of HBP, Cancer and heart attack. I can’t count the number of times my mother had high blood pressure attack and funny enough no one suspected it to be as result of her size. Being overweight is not a sign of wealth or Big man and you should make weightloss your priority if you must live free of Cancer, type 2 diabetes, High blood pressure, Heart Attack etc. Apart from the fact that you will look more attractive, beautiful and fit when you start losing weight, the health benefit is also of great importance as being overweight is UNHEALTHY! But It’s not like I didn’t try to lose weight in the past, Infact I lost hope and stopped trying after I wasted so much money, time and energy on useless products, teas, diets, supplements, slim patches slim belt and even bitter concoctions. Every month I will try one tea or the other, one diet plan or the order but yet, the fat won’t just move. I got tired depressed and lost my self-esteem completely. People were wondering why my face was scarce but no one knew it was as a result of my overweight issue. I couldn’t rock my bikini for swimming as I will just look very funny, I was not wearing flowing gowns regularly to hide my protruded belly. My Miracle Solution and encounter with burn in 30 Combined Therapy. Early this year, my long awaited prayer was finally answered by GOD. Somebody in my church introduced me to the BURNIN30 Combined fatloss therapy and even though I doubted the possibility of it work because of my past failures with several products, one part of my mind encouraged me to try the Combined fatloss therapy and I bless the day I took the decision. My Colleagues at work laughed at me when I got my pack delivered but three weeks after, they were all asking me how I did it! My First Week on the BURNIN30 Therapy shocked the living spirit in me, by just drinking a Special Alkaline Detox drink, and eating Healthy Nigerian foods such as Okro soup, Ewedu, Ofada rice with Chicken wing pepper soup etc, I managed to drop 5kg in the first week. I was amazed! I was convinced that this is the right approach to lose weight for me. I felt lighter, was able to manage my appetite and my metabolism had raised in a short 7 days and I was shocked. My Husband was the first person to notice that I had started losing weight and this gave me so much joy and encouragement. My post pregnancy belly fat that made me look like a pregnant woman all the time had started disappearing. The Second and third week is where most of the magic happened, I was combining a Special BURN Slim Herbal Supplement with same delicious Nigerian delicacies and with all sincerity, my bad mouth colleague at office Ronke was forced to comment. She told me, “Kemmy, you are looking trimmer oo, how are you doing it? I like the way you look now and you cloths are now more fitting? Believe me I was walking in the office with shoulders high and getting uncountable compliments and admiration. To cut this story short, by the end of the second week of using the BURNIN30 Combined fatloss therapy I had already dropped 8 SOLID Kg and finally dropped 18kg by the end of the one month! This is the best weightlosss solution I have tried and I am thankful to GOD for making it possible for me to come across it. I am on my second pack now as my Target is to drop a total of 30kg of UGLY, Unwanted fat before it dropped me. I have no Atom of regret for trying the BURNIN30 Therapy and I will encourage you to give this genuine weightloss solution a try and thank me later. Tragic story of Cannes' boob-baring beauty who could have been as famous as Kim K if she were born in this era

To attain stardom is a dream many people nurture and that was the case of beauty queen Simone Silva who vowed she would "do anything to be a star" including baring her boobs for the press in the 1950s - a conservative era. At the Cannes Film Festival in the spring of 1954, Simone saw her opportunity and took it.Posing on a beach at the Festival, her naked boobs in her hands and Robert Mitchum, Hollywood’s hottest idol, behind her, the beaming beauty knew this was her moment. The flame-haired 26-year-old smiled for the cameras and gave her raunchiest pose, sticking out her buttocks, while photographers and members of the press jostled for position to take the perfect shot. She had spent eight years, plus her wealthy husband’s fortune, chasing fame and her moment has come so she did not hesitate to whip off her her bikini top when the time came. Photographers went crazy In the ensuing scuffle, one photographer broke his leg while another fractured an arm, but the pictures made newspapers around the globe in that spring of 1954.Sadly for Simone, the scandal that ensued proved disastrous and rather than give her the stardom she deserved, led to her being kicked out of Cannes for her "vulgar" stunt. She did not give up, instead, tried to capitalise on the notoriety it gave her. That would have been the stuff of dreams for Simone, the most fame-hungry wannabe of the 1950s. Her Cannes’ picture, reappeared in the Mirror yesterday, again receiving the exposure for which she yearned. She failed in that too and had to return to Britain broke, divorced and disillusioned. Two years later, she died from a stroke, at the age of just 29, her body ravaged from constant crash-dieting in search of a film star figure. When Simone was found dead in November 1957, Donald Zec, Daily Mirror's showbiz writer, wrote an article on her, headlined: “Tragedy of a poor little rich girl.” It read: “She was the starlet who never became a star . . . the girl who tried to buy fame and failed, because she lacked the one thing money can’t buy, TALENT.” But recent occurrences have shown that Simone's problem wasn't exactly a lack of talent but that she was born 60 years too early, before the time of reality TV, social media, blogs and vlogs, which all helped to make it possible for talentless people like her to become celebrities. The exact same stunts Simone pulled which led her nowhere are the same things producing stars in this era. Sixty-three years after Simone's stunt, two other beautiful young women used the Cannes Film Festival and a very similar photo to get attention online, something Simone would have given anything for. Model Bella Hadid, 20, grabbed the boobs of her pal Emily Ratajowski, 25, at a yacht party on Wednesday night - a pose similar to Simone's pose years back. And the raunchy Instagram image went viral, giving credence to the conclusion that Simone's failure had not been as a result of her method but was because of the time in which she was born. Simone did everything that made Kim famous today, yet she never attained fame. She exploited her hour-glass curves in endless photo shoots, but also took acting classes, like a Fifties Kelly Brook. She harnessed her sizzling sex appeal, like a latter-day Kim Kardashian, wearing provocative transparent dresses, boasting: “I’m out to be the sexiest thing on two legs.” On a chilly night in November 1951, she stepped out in a cut-away, bra-baring gown similar to what celebrities wear in recent times that gets them a nod of approval. Simone also changed her name, like most stars do, from Silver to Silva, explaining: “I thought it would be less strain when writing autographs.” Simone was born in Egypt to French-Italian parents but moved to London at the age of 18 when she married a very wealthy man, Jimmy Silver. They lived in an elegant apartment in posh Kensington and Jimmy showered her in jewels, mink coats and designer dresses but none of them made her happy. She desperately wanted to be a movie star and began posing for pin-up mags and entered beauty contests. In an interview in 1951, the then 22-year-old told Daily Mirror's Zec: “My husband knows that only stardom will make me happy. I know I have sex appeal and am exotic. I know I have talent to act, sing or dance.” When she failed to get signed by big studios, she blamed “bad luck”, but she did land a small role, as a beauty pageant contestant in Lady Godiva Rides Again. However, that was not good enough for her. “I would give anything to prove that I can be a star,” she said at the time. The year after, she got a part in a raunchy film called Street Of Shadows. Reports have it that she was “a little over-enthusiastic” in a bedroom scene, prompting a red-faced cameraman to tell her: “Miss Silva, the nightdress has dropped into the X-rated category.”

Photos: Nigerian couple convicted of trafficking Nigerian woman into the UK for exploitation

A Nigerian doctor and her husband have been convicted of trafficking a Nigerian woman into the UK for the purpose of exploitation. See previous report and photos here. Ayodeji Adewakun, 44 and her husband Abimbola Adewakun, 48, a nurse, both from St Katherine's Road in Erith appeared for trial at Southwark Crown Court. They were found guilty on Thursday, 18 May, of one count of trafficking a woman to the United Kingdom for the purposes of exploitation. The 29-year-old victim was brought by the couple to the UK from Nigeria. She worked as a domestic worker for the Adewakuns between February 2007 and June 2009. She was also brought to the UK from Nigeria and was contracted to work from 0700hrs to 1700hrs, Monday to Saturday, looking after the Adewakuns' children for £500 per month. They didn't pay her anything at all until May 2009, when she confronted Dr Adewakun about her lack of wages. A bank account was subsequently set up for her but even then, only four payments totalling £350 were deposited into this account for over two years' worth of work. She was never given a day off, she worked night and day and eventually her health began to suffer. When she eventually confronted Dr Adewakun about the way she was being treated, her situation worsened. She was no longer permitted to use the family bathroom and was made to wash her clothes by hand. She eventually escaped in June 2009 with the help of a family friend. The case was referred to the Met's Modern Slavery and Kidnap Unit by Migrant Legal Action (formerly Afro-Asian Advisory Service). On 13 January 2015 Abimbola Adewakun was arrested and interviewed and later released on bail. On 19 January 2015 Ayodeji Adewakun attended a police station by appointment and was interviewed under caution. She was not arrested. Both defendants were charged on 10 November 2015 with trafficking for the purpose of exploitation. Investigating Officer Detective Sergeant Nick Goldwater said: "This couple deceived the victim by promising her a regular wage, which was far higher than her earnings in Nigeria. She hoped that she would be able to send money home and improve her family's standard of living. "In reality, she was made to work day and night and barely paid anything. She was subject to intimidating behaviour by Dr Adewakun, who exerted control over her by keeping her socially isolated and withholding her passport. "I hope that these convictions serve as a warning to anyone else committing this crime and encourages anyone being exploited to come forward. I also hope it brings a measure of comfort to the brave victim in this case." Sentencing has been provisionally set for 16 June. + Adimbola Adewakun was found not guilty in relation to trafficking charges against a second victim + The jury did not reach a verdict in the case of Ayodeji Adewakun in relation to trafficking charges against a second victim, Source: Metropolitan Police

Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla, celebrate 5th wedding anniversay

Mark and Priscilla are celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary today May 19th. The couple have a daughter and expecting another child. On his page this evening, Mark shared on how they had surprised their family and friends with their wedding, as well as the one lesson he has learnt in marriage. Read what he wrote after the cut.. Today is Priscilla and my five year wedding anniversary, and I want to share a fun story about how it came together. Yesterday was the five year anniversary of Facebook's IPO. Now you may ask, who would plan their wedding for the day after their IPO? Good question. Priscilla and I wanted a low key wedding so we decided to make it a surprise and have it in our backyard. I sent our friends and family an email telling them I was throwing a surprise party for Priscilla to celebrate her graduation from medical school. Since they thought it was a surprise for Priscilla, they kept it quiet. When they showed up at our home, I told them we were getting married. It was a great day. One side effect of having a surprise wedding is that Facebook's CFO who was managing our IPO process had no idea we were getting married. With IPOs, the process goes on for a while and you just go public when everything is ready. When I originally set the date for our surprise, we had no idea when the IPO would be. I remember the day David, our CFO, told me the IPO process would conclude on May 18. I was shocked. I closed the door and asked if it was possible to maybe do it a few days sooner. He said it wouldn't be ready yet. I asked if maybe we could do it a week later, and he told me that May 18 was the day it would be ready so it needed to be that day. And that's how our IPO came to be the day before our wedding. The wedding was really special, but, as you know, our IPO wasn't exactly smooth. Priscilla and I took off on our honeymoon, but I wanted to be with our team when things got rocky, so I cut our honeymoon a few days short. Instead, I promised Priscilla that every year we'd have a honeymoon to celebrate our marriage. That brings us to today. Some years we've gone to Japan or France. This year we're traveling around the US and we'll be spending our honeymoon in rural Maine. One lesson I've learned from marriage is that exploring together just gets better over time. Priscilla, here's to a great sixth year of marriage and perhaps some better planning in the future!

Pro Joshua Iginla declares fasting and prayer for President Buhari over health saga + predicted Emmanuel Macron's victory 3 times

Popular Abuja prophet, Prophet Joshua Iginla who rightly predicted the unscheduled medical trip of President Buhari early this year has warned the presidency again not to politicise his health based on what God revealed to him and he also enjoined his followers to fast and pray along for him on Friday. The Abuja based clergy and shepherd in charge of Champions Royal Assembly re-emphasised this issue on Sunday while issuing international prophetic advice. It would be recalled that he was the only clergy who accurately gave a prophetic message to President Buhari in March 2017 while he was in London for his medical vacation that he saw him going back again impromptu if he ignored his warning. And which occurred as the president went back again on Sunday, May 7, 2017 for another round of medical treatment. “We are going to spend our time praying for the president of Nigeria. Hallelujah….I have a prophetic message for his excellency, the president of this country. No president ever become the president without the hand of God, either permissive will or perfect will. So when God put anyone there, it is for a purpose. I’m just a prophet with a message and what is the message? The Lord said take care of your health, don’t allow people around you to use your head to play politics. In my vision, i saw some people preparing with army boots and uniform saying take your bag and start travelling and i saw some group of doctors with whites saying don’t wear this boots, lets be through with you. It’s a prophetic advice, treat yourself, listen to the medical advice and don’t hurry home because what is the need of coming home and rushing back? It is the rushing back that is the major reason God is saying we should pray for you and i should tell you. God has brought you this far, the seat is there and nobody will take it from you; it is only the living that can rule Nigeria and not the dead. Wait until there is a medical clearance (that is what God said i should tell you.) Do not allow politicians to use your head to play politics, only the living can lead Nigeria. In my vision, I saw some people saying wear the boot wear the boot….somebody landed in the country….what is this landing and what is this impromptu journey out again? This is because there was an unfinished business medically. Let your persecutors persecute you and say whatever they want to say but make sure you give your health attention…..It is only the living that can rule Nigeria…..what is the essence of me coming back and everybody is saying oh i am back and after sometime i can no longer hold it again? What is the essence of me being carried and i don’t even know where am carried to? This is the vision i saw while in South Africa…………..” Interestingly, Iginla, in his 73 prophetic insights for the year, had said that the President would travel out for an unscheduled health checkup, but this time, it will be more serious. True to his words, the 8th prophecy out of his 73 point 2017 predictions came to pass when the President went for an unscheduled medical trip in january 2017 where he spent 51 days against the initial 10 day visit. Meanwhile, he also released a video which confirmed that he was the first clergy to accurately predict the French presidential election which ushered in 39 year old Emmanuel Macron. He first prophesied it in December 31st 2016 and twice this year including the rerun election. Here is the video: https://youtu.be/WKwCPdFJWgY https://youtu.be/xLSNSzVZF6k

'The time has come to assassinate Syrian president' -Israeli minister, Yoav Galant

Yoav Galant, the minister of Housing and Construction in Israel has called for the assassination of Syrian President Bashar Assad saying he 'does not have a place in this world.' The call comes days after the US State Department accused the Assad regime of carrying out mass killings of thousands of prisoners and burning the bodies in a large crematorium outside the capital. The State Department said it is believed that about 50 detainees a day are being hanged at Saydnaya military prison, about 45 minutes north of Damascus. Reacting to the report at a press conference which held on Tuesday in Jerusalem, Galant who previously served as the head of the IDF’s Southern Command, said: 'The reality of the situation in Syria is that they are executing people, using directed chemical attacks against them, and the latest extreme — burning their corpses, something we haven’t seen in 70 years.' 'In my view, we are crossing a red line. And in my view, the time has come to assassinate Assad. It’s as simple as that,' he said. Galant who admitted to the fact that is quite illegal under the international law to speak about political assassinations clarified his statement by saying he 'wasn’t speaking about practicalities.” However, he added, 'Anyone who murders people and burns their corpses does not have a place in this world.'
